I booked a transfer from airport to hotel & back again a week before going. My trip was confirmed by email. Both trips were great! The drivers were early and waiting with signs with my name on them & text me both times that they had arrived. Both drivers were very pleasant and the one on the way back played Disney music for my daughter.
